How do I register?
To register, provide your name, e-mail address, and password. You can fill out the rest of your account information including shipping, billing address, and personal options at your leisure. Once registered, you can check your order status, order history, wish list and manage your account.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You can make a PEOPLE Shop purchase without creating an account. However, by registering with us you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits when you visit the PEOPLE Shop and sign in by clicking on "My Account"
- Track your orders and review past purchases
- Add items you love to your Wish List
- Save items to your Shopping Bag to conveniently purchase later
- Save your address details for a more efficient shopping experience
How do I reset my password?
You will be prompted to sign in by providing your e-mail address (login) and password. If you can't remember your password, click here to reset your password.
Placing an order
To add items to your Shopping Bag, simply click on "Add to Bag" for each item you wish to buy. To remove an item from your Shopping Bag, click the 'X' under the column labeled "Delete" and your new total will be recalculated automatically. To change the quantity of items, adjust the number in the box under the "Quantity" drop down, choose your desired quantity and your Bag will be updated automatically.
Do you accept international orders?
At this time, we only accept and deliver orders within the United States.

If you are a returning customer, and have finished adding items to your Shopping Bag and want to check out, you will be prompted to sign in by providing your e-mail address (login) and password. If you can't remember your password, click here to reset your password.
Make sure to provide precise city, state, and zip code information. Remember to spell out the city to which you are shipping the order. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in errors in this section. Your shipping address must be in the United States. You can add, edit, or delete shipping addresses while you are in this step of the checkout process.
PEOPLE Shop offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all merchandise orders $29 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $29, there is a delivery charge of $5.95 for Standard Shipping via or $11.95 for Expedited Shipping. Our standard shipping option is UPS/FedEx Ground and will be delivered in 5-7 business days. Orders over $29 always ship for free---no promotion code needed. Select items considered Hazardous Materials must be shipped Ground.
Order confirmation email
After you have successfully placed your order with PEOPLE Shop, you will receive an e-mail that contains information regarding the details of your order within 1 business day. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation e-mail includes your order number (the same number that appeared on our web site after successful submission of an order), the details of the products and corresponding prices, any promotional discounts, your ship-to and bill-to information, and the ship method
Canceling an order
You may cancel an order before it ships. To cancel an order, please call our Customer Care Team at 1.888.438.4674. Please note that orders ship within 1-2 business days of purchase
Can I make changes to my order?
Orders are processed when received. To make a change, please call our Customer Care Team at 1.888.438.4674 as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed
When will I be charged for my purchase?
Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is shipped. Any back-orders are charged at time of shipping.
When will my order ship?
Once you place an order, it will be confirmed within one business day via email. Your purchase of in-stock merchandise will ship within 1-2 business days. In the rare event we are out of stock of an item you have selected, you will be notified via email. Your card will not be charged if we are out of stock. If you are a registered PEOPLE Shop user, you can check the status of your order by clicking on the "My Account" link on the top of this page.
What are your shipping options?
PEOPLE Shop offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all merchandise orders $29 and over (excluding taxes), no promotion code needed. Due to extremely high shipping costs, we cannot offer free shipping to the following areas: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the Virgin Islands.
For shipments totaling less than $29, there is a delivery charge of $5.95 for STANDARD SHIPPING. Our standard shipping option is UPS/FedEx Ground and your purchase will be delivered in 5-7 business day once your shipment leaves our warehouse
PEOPLE Shop also offers EXPEDITED SHIPPING for a charge of $11.95 and your purchase will ship via FedEx 2nd Day. The package will arrive on the 2nd business day (excludes Saturday & Sunday) after the date your product was shipped (not the date the order was placed)
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, PEOPLE Shop cannot fulfill international orders at this time.
Can I return or exchange items?
We hope you love your PEOPLE Shop purchase! However, if you change your mind and would like to return or exchange a new and unused item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery.
To obtain a return/exchange authorization, please contact our friendly Customer Care Team at 1.888.438.4674 or PeopleShop@customersvc.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Please note shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping fees may apply. Items MUST be received in resalable condition. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you wish to exchange product(s), please note that return and replacement shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer
What if an item arrives damaged?
In the case of items damaged during shipment, please contact Customer Care at 1.888.438.4674 or PeopleShop@customersvc.com within 14 days of delivery. Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product only. A photo of the damaged item may be required.
Are there special return instructions for the TCL XessTM?
Yes. All returns for this item must be completed through TCL/Alcatel. To return the XessTM device, the customer will need to perform the following:
1. Request a Return Mailing Label by emailing (firstname.lastname@example.org);
2. Include their Order ID number, full mailing address, name and phone number in the email, indicating reason for return; and
3. The customer will receive a prepaid Return Mailing Label via email within 24 hours of request.
4. The customer will have 2 weeks from the date the Return Mailing Label is emailed to send the item. Email requests are processed Monday through Friday (8 AM – 5 PM), excluding holidays.
With the exception of the Return Instructions for the XessTM bought on PEOPLE Shop abide by our Return Policy, found here:
